Planetary and individual ascension and mechanics are her passion. Memorable shifts energetically were a Kundalini awakening for a week in 2006 and then another kundalini reactivation May 2008. Tamara enters Samadhi and similar energetic states frequently and is able to connect to you and your consciousness, your light body and development with ease, grace and clarity. She has a complete understanding of various levels energetically, in an integrated way.
